• No refunds after the customer has approved the mockup.

All other physical items

• Returns/refunds only apply to merchant errors in shipment.

Coaching: Quarterly Cohorts

• No refunds on coaching within 24 hours of the first session.

Coaching: One-on-One

• No refunds within 24 hours of first session of package
• No refunds within 24 hours of individually-bought 60-minute clarity calls
